What We Do
Our History
The Center for Advancing Leadership & Design was founded in 2022 by a group of architecture, engineering and planning professionals who saw a need for more access to the design fields for youth in our communities.
Our mission
Mission: To illuminate, train and certify students in the architecture, engineering and design fields by partnering with local A/E/C firms and providing a workforce development track that leads to internship, an entry level position or the pursuit of a degree within the field.
Our Accomplishments
Last year, The Center for Advancing Leadership and Design launched and was pleased to host 4 students from Edison Tech during our pilot program. We are glad to report that of those 4 students, 3 went on to be accepted into colleges majoring in Architecture and Engineering degree programs.
